Canning & Kitchen

A small selection of kitchen supplies are available, to include canning jars and supplies, countertop appliances (i.e. crock pots, coffee pots, toasters, irons), baking dishes, pottery, and candles. Let us know if we can order a specialty item for you.

Electrical & Plumbing

Our electrical aisle is stocked with all the basics, from switch-plates and outlets, to wiring kits and the necessary tools. Additionally, we carry all the plumbing basics from copper to pex pipes, ells and tees, faucets and toilet parts, outdoor spigots, and even the kitchen sink! Please ask for assistance if you have any questions.

Home Improvement

From basic building supplies to the tiniest nuts and bolts, you can find it at Hepler’s Hardware. Hammers, nails, pry bars, spackle, hinges, door knobs, ladders, roofing materials, window screens, O-rings, and a hearty amount of elbow grease.

Hunting & Outdoors

Hunting supplies are available year round. A limited selection of rifles and other firearms, ammunition, knives, and orange safety gear are among the basics. Deer camp and basic camping supplies such as cast iron skillets, camp stoves, campfire coffee pots, coolers, matches, flashlights, batteries, and more are always on hand. And don’t forget your basic fishing and hunting licenses. (Note: Special tags / licenses may only be available at the Courthouse; please call us before you come.) In addition to our kerosene station, a NEW propane fill station opened on-site in late fall 2014.

Lawn & Garden

Hepler’s Hardware is proud to be designated a STIHL Elite Dealer with a certified technician on-site to help service and maintain your STIHL products. We carry STIHL chainsaws, trimmers, brush cutters, leaf blowers, and all the necessary safety gear (like chaps, helmets, goggles, and gloves). If you don’t see it, we can special-order it for you. Our lawn machine selection includes MTD riding mowers, push lawn mowers, self-propelled lawn mowers, trimmers and edgers. We also carry Dixon commercial-grade Zero Turn Mowers. A variety push lawn mowers (from gas and electric to self-propelled and self-bagging), trimmers, and edgers are also available. A limited selection of seasonal flowers, shrubs, vegetable plants, fruit trees, and landscaping supplies can also be found spring through fall.

Paint & Sundries

Visit Hepler’s paint department for paints, stains, varnishes, and supplies. A wall of paint cards will help you find the best color to suit your needs. We can mix paint on-site, while you shop.

Pets & Wildlife

Food, treats, bedding, collars, dishes, and animal hygiene products are available for most domesticated household pets. We also carry bird houses, seed, and baths. For wild game, saltlicks. In the spring, young ducklings and chicks are available for backyard farmers (advanced orders recommended). Limited livestock feed and supplies are available, though others can be special ordered.

Power Equipment

A variety of power equipment is available for rent or for sale at Hepler’s Hardware. Rototillers, snow blowers, trimmers, mowers, and even steam vacuum carpet cleaners. Hepler’s Hardware is also a certified STIHL dealer.  Please call and let us know your needs.
